Ballymagarvey Village offers a lovely flow as your wedding day moves from getting ready and the ceremony through to the drinks reception and celebrations afterwards. Having photographed and filmed weddings here, including aerial coverage, we love how the venue flows from one part of the day to the next, and we know how to make the most of its different spaces without taking you away from your wedding for ages.
Ballymagarvey gives each wedding a wonderful sense of place, but you and your guests are what matter most. We look for the reactions, conversations, movement and little moments happening around you, capturing photographs and film naturally as your wedding day unfolds.
Spending more time celebrating
One of the things couples tell us they value most is that we don’t take them away from their wedding for ages just to get photographs. We don’t work that way. For photos of the two of you, Dougie usually needs around 10-15 minutes at a time, and wherever possible we keep you close to the celebration. Later in the day, we may take another few minutes for a different set of photographs.

One of the things we love the most about photographing and filming at Ballymagarvey Village is how the wedding day unfolds naturally throughout the day in each of the different settings. Your wedding preparations, ceremony, time with your guests, photographs around the grounds and the evening celebrations can all feel like distinct parts of your wedding story.
